RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We accept returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to every customer. See FULL Policy here

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange or in-store credit. If a return or exchange is granted, the returnee (customer) will pay for return shipping expenses and once the item is received in new condition, the credit will be awarded.

We only provide return/exchange services for the purchaser of the product- if you received an item as a gift, there are no refunds or exchanges given.

If for some reason your item arrived damaged, please provide photo proof and email us at hello@indybloom.com and we will be happy to assist you further. See shipping policy here for more details.
